  7. Welcome to "Vorname Genⁿgt "

  9. This READ ME file contains notes for installation and use of the 
  10. CV-Player, which is distributed with this CD-Rom.

  13. The Videorama Videoplayer requires Microsoft's Video for Windows 
  14. Vers. 1.1e, which is included on the CD-ROM.

  18. INSTALLATION:
  19.  
  20. To install this CD, run the Install.EXE program in the
  21. root directory on the CD-ROM.  The installation will create a directory
  22. for the Videorama Videoplayer files.  An Player program group is created 
  23. containing the Videorama Videoplayer application and Video for Windows
  24. Setup.

  26. A directory called VfW will be created on your hard disk.  It will
  27. contain all the Video for Windows files.

  30. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:
  31.  
  32. To use This CD you should have a 386 or better CPU with
  33. 8-bit (256 color) or better graphics, a sound card, Microsoft Windows
  34. 3.1 and DOS 5.0, and a mouse.  Your PC should have at least 8MB of RAM,
  35. and a CD-ROM drive with 300 kb/sec data rate.

  37. For viewing digital video a 16-bit (32,000) color video adapter is
  38. recommended.  An 8-bit display also looks good.  The release of
  39. Video for Windows included with this CD-Rom is optimized for
  40. 8- and 16-bit video.

  42. Certain high-resolution video cards may require updated driver software
  43. for correct operation of Video for Windows.  Please contact your
  44. video board manufacturer to see if newer driver software is available.

  55. Zur Installation der CD rufen Sie im Dateimanager die auf der CD 
  56. befindliche Datei INSTALL.EXE auf.

  58. Zum einwandfreien Abspielen der Videos ist die Installation von
  59. Video for Windows, Version 1.1e, unerlΣ▀lich. Auf der CD finden 
  60. Sie eine Runtime-Version davon.
  61.  
  62. Wir empfehlen zum optimalen Genu▀ eine Bildschirmeinstellung von
  63. 640 x 480 bei mindestens 256 Farben. Die Bildschirmeinstellung 
  64. kann im Windows-Setup geΣndert werden. Die genaue Verfahrensweise
  65. k÷nnen Sie Ihrem Windows-Handbuch entnehmen.
